I had some painful calcium build up in my left ankle and it was going to require surgery, using this for about a month the pain subsided and I no longer have any pain. I had some injured tendons in my right ankle and after about 6 weeks of using this I no longer have any pain. I have tendonitis in my right elbow, I’m still using it after a couple months and it subsides the pain but isn’t all the way gone yet, hopefully soon.
